Bo-Yeong Kang

A professor in the school of mechanical engineering at Kyungpook National University. in Daegu, Korea, which she joined in 2009. She received her Ph.D., M.S., M.A. and B.S. from Kyungpook National University. Prior to coming to KNU, she worked at Seoul National University as research professor and KAIST as postdoc. She is currently interested in artificial intelligence implementation for social/intelligent robots.

Hammed Olatunde Obasekore

Biography:

Currently a researcher in the school of Robot and Smart Systems Engineering at Kyungpook National University, in Daegu, Korea, he joined in 2020. Hammed bagged his MSc. in Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering from Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST), Egypt (2019) under the scholarship supported by Pharco & co. His bachelor degree was in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria under a Local Scholarship Scheme Supported by Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF). Currently, he is researching into Deep Reinforcement Learning implementation for social/intelligent robots.

Young-Min Kim

Biography:

He was enrolled in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Kyungpook National University for a period of three years (2020-2022). He pursued a double major in Computer Science and Engineering in September 2021 and subsequently transferred to the Department of Robot & Smart System Engineering from the Department of Mechanical Engineering in April 2023. He is currently engaged in an integrated bachelor's and combined MS/PhD program in Robot & Smart System Engineering at Kyungpook National University.
